Summer Younger Youth 1st-3rd grade skills camp (July 12-13 2024)

This training opportunity is specifically designed for your 1st-3rd grader

Remember the last time you saw That Kid?

You know the one I refer to – talented wrestler that amazes you with the things he does:

  • How he gets out of messes
  • Looks like they have him and he squirms out
  • Wins the scrambles
  • Always ends up on top somehow
  • Always stronger no matter the weight class

And you think, “How did he do that? I thought he was done for and somehow he prevailed.”

Some athletes just seem to have the IT factor.

The IT factor can be defined as:

  • catlike reflexes….
  • incredible hips…
  • picture perfect reactions…
  • Buck-strong strength (without ever lifting a barbell)
  • Athleticism to the max.

How you can even the playing field for your young wrestler (help your athlete develop the IT factor as well)

3 Hidden Secrets to developing athleticism in youth athletes

  1. Fluid Hip movements
  2. Cat-like recovery skills (eg: recover instantly when someone attempts a head and arm.)
  3. Off the charts Flexibility
  4. Buck-Strong strength (I had this one when I was a youngster, I’ll explain at camp and share my path)

Many mistakenly believe you either got it or you don’t. But there are many easy to learn methods to do all the above – and reinforce these skills at home.

Right now, developing these movements is more important than any single move your young athlete can learn. These are the building bridges to greater movement, flexibility, and athleticism – and your athlete can develop them – if he starts now.

That’s why I have created the Summer Younger Youth Skills Camp – because right now is the optimum time to chart your path for long-term success.
